held on Wednesday, 10 MARCH 2010 at the Village Hall,

3.  MINUTES OF THE MEETING  10 February 2010
 
Cllr Moneypenny proposed, Cllr Holes seconded and Members voted unanimously to agree and sign the Minutes.
 
4.  MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES OF MEETING OF 10 February 2010
 
There were no matters arising.
 
5.  Planning applications received from Eastleigh Borough Council
 
5.1  Three Oaks, Kew Lane, Bursledon – Construction of box dormer on rear elevation, following removal of existing dormer windows.  Case Officer:  Narinder Phagura.  Case Ref:  F/10/66610.
 
Cllr Moneypenny proposed DO NOT OBJECT, Cllr House seconded and 7 Members voted unanimously.
 
5.2  Freehills Cottage, Dodwell Lane, Bursledon – Construction of double garage with attached wood store.  Case Officer:  Nicola Reid.  Case Ref:  F/10/66609.
 
Cllr Moneypenny proposed DO NOT OBJECT, Cllr Milne seconded and 7 Members voted in favour with 1 LAC Member Cllr Holes abstaining.
 
5.3  Jesmond, Bridge Road, Bursledon – Enclosure of existing carport to form habitable room & provision of new vehicular access.  Case Officer:  Narinder Phagura.  Case Ref:  F/10/66679.
 
Cllr Milne proposed DO NOT OBJECT, subject to the following conditions – new access must be completed before they close the existing access. Cllr House seconded and 7 Members voted in favour with 1 LAC Member Cllr Holes abstaining. 
 
5.4  Brambles, Salterns Lane, Bursledon – Single storey side and front extension.  Case Officer:  Dawn Errington.  Case Ref:  C/10/66722.
 
Cllr Woodhouse proposed TO OBJECT, on the grounds of Policies LB11.29 and 169LB which were considered relevant.  Members also raised concerns over the cumulative over development of this site.  Members recommend this planning application to be bought to committee. Cllr Moneypenny seconded and 7 Members voted in favour with 1 LAC Member Cllr Holes abstaining.

6.1  1 Greyladyes, School Road, Bursledon – Construction of replacement garage and log store & first floor garden store.  Case Officer:  Nicola Reid.  Case Ref:  C/09/66129.  PERMIT
 
6.2  Land Adjacent to Camelia Cottage, Dodwell Lane, Bursledon – Construction of 2no. detached 3 bed dwellings and detached double garage with associated parking,  bin storage and new vehicular access from Dodwell Lane following demolition of existing garage.  Case Officer: Dawn Errington.  Case Ref:  F/09/66413.  PERMIT
 
6.3  Ensign House, Providence Hill, Bursledon – Lopping of branches to 1no. Oak in rear garden.  Case Officer:  Tessa Judd.  Case Ref:  T/10/66500.  REFUSE TREE CONSENT
 
6.4  Thorn Knoll, Salterns Lane, Bursledon – Notification of intent to fell 1no. Canadian Red Oak & 1no. Grey Poplar.  Case Officer:  Tessa Judd.  Case Ref:  N/10/66544.  RAISE OBJECTION
