Cllr Moneypenny proposed Cllr Misselbrook seconded and Members voted
unanimously to agree and sign the Minutes.

There were no matters arising.
5. Planning applications received from Eastleigh Borough Council
5.1 Edgewood, Lowford Hill, Bursledon – Single storey front
extension and alterations to roof. Case Officer: Narinder

Cllr Moneypenny proposed DO NOT OBJECT, Cllr Clarke seconded.
Members voted unanimously in favour.
5.2 2 Windmill Cottages, Windmill Lane, Bursledon – Single storey
side and rear extension. Case Officer: Andy Grandfield.

Cllr Clarke proposed DO NOT OBJECT, Cllr Moneypenny seconded.
Members voted unanimously in favour.
5.3 10 Peewit Hill, Bursledon – Two storey side & single storey
rear extension. Case Officer: Nicola Reid. Case Ref:

Cllr Clarke proposed DO NOT OBJECT, Cllr Lippold seconded. 6
Members voted in favour, 3 Abstentions. Cllr Millar and Cllr Holes
abstained as this may go to LAC. Cllr Craig also abstained in
conjunction with her declared interest.

7.1 EBC had written regarding appeal by Harding Holdings Ltd re:
1-3 Old Bridge House Road , Bursledon.SO31 8AJ. Against the
Council’s refusal of planning permission for Construction of 12no 2 bed
town houses within 3 blocks with alternations to access and associated
car parking, cycle parking and landscaping, following demolition
of 3no. dwellings at 1-3 Old Bridge House Road, Bursledon. Details
of the letter were noted.
