3. MINUTES OF THE MEETING 14th April 2010
Cllr Allen proposed, Cllr Moneypenny seconded and Members voted
unanimously to agree and sign the Minutes.
4. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES OF MEETING OF 14th April 2010
There were no matters arising.
5. Planning applications received from Eastleigh Borough Council
5.1 Escape, Long Lane, Bursledon – Repositioning of fence on top
of existing dwarf wall to form 1.8m high boundary & addition of gazebo.
Case Officer: Nicola Reid. Case Ref: F/10/66691.
Cllr Moneypenny proposed TO OBJECT on the grounds that the fence was too
high and needed to be returned to open plan. Cllr Allen seconded 6

5.2 The Boat House, Lands End Road, Bursledon – Notification of
intent to prune 1no. Conifer & remove 1no. limb of Oak tree. Case

voted in Favour.
5.3 Victoria Cottage, Lowford Hill, Bursledon – Construction of
10no. two bedroom flats and 2no. Three bedroom Houses with associated
parking, storage and access off Lowford Hill following demolition of
