Apologies had been received from Cllr Clarke, Cllr Holes, Cllr House,
Cllr Milne, Cllr Misselbrook and Cllr O’Sullivan.

3. MINUTES OF THE MEETING 10 MARCH 2010
Cllr Moneypenny proposed, Cllr Lippold seconded and Members voted
unanimously to agree and sign the Minutes.
4. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES OF MEETING OF 10 MARCH 2010
There were no matters arising.
5. Planning applications received from Eastleigh Borough Council
5.1 The Grange. High Street, Bursledon – Single storey side and
rear extensions. Case officer: Andy Grandfield. Case ref:
C/10/66876.
Cllr Moneypenny proposed DO NOT OBJECT Cllr Allen seconded 5 Members
voted in favour.
5.2 Fairport Cottage, Lands End Road, Bursledon – Notification of
intent to fell 1no. Acacia tree & 1no. Silver Birch tree. Case
officer: Tessa Judd. Case ref: N/10/66878.
Cllr Allen proposed DO NOT OBJECT Cllr Moneypenny seconded and 5 Members
voted in favour with 1 LAC Member Cllr Craig abstaining.
5.3 South Woods, Salterns Lane, Bursledon – Notification of intent
to coppice 3no. Willows. Case officer: Tessa Judd.
Case ref: N/10/66879.
Cllr Lippold proposed DO NOT OBJECT Cllr Allen seconded and Members
voted unanimously.
5.4 15 Jarvis Fields, Bursledon – Rear conservatory. Case
officer: Sarah Douglas. Case ref: F/10/66820.
Cllr Moneypenny proposed DO NOT OBJECT Cllr Allen seconded and Members
voted unanimously.
6. Planning decisions notified by Eastleigh Borough Council
6.1 The Coach House, Brownhills, Salterns Lane, Bursledon –
Construction of detached double garage with store. Case Officer:
Nicola Reid. Case ref: C/09/66362
6.2 Nevada, School Road, Bursledon – Construction of 2 storey side
extension, following demolition of existing garage. Case Officer:
Nicola Reid. Case ref: F/10/66563.
The planning decisions were noted.
7. Correspondence
7.1 Cllr Millar advised he had received a letter from Bursledon
United Reform Church to attend an anniversary service to celebrate 150
years of the building. Cllr Millar is unable to attend and asked
if any Member could attend on his behalf. Cllr Woodhouse said she
would like to attend and would confirm this. Cllr Millar advised
he would send Cllr Woodhouse details of the time and date.
8. Exempt business
8.1 Planning Enforcement. The items were noted.
8.2 Trainee Assistant Groundsman post - to update and decide on
action.
